mixed feelings about my stay
absent reception staff unresponsive staff
the room had a garden view, and it was clean.
i found the lack of available reception staff frustrating. during my stay, i tried to reach someone by phone multiple times with no response. at checkout, no staff were present despite using the bell, so i left the room card.

tropical garden private beach
the gardens feature very nice plants and lead directly to the south west coast path. the private beach access was wonderful (i walked there every morning!).
the room decor felt slightly dated.

Idyllic Getaway with Excellent Service
fine view helpful staff
The hotel room provided fine views of the beautiful gardens (I could admire the vibrant flowers!). The spacious balcony gave us plenty of room to relax. I found the staff helpful. They happily provided local tips and attended to every need.
The breakfast ingredients could use some improvement. I think higher quality ingredients would really elevate the morning meal.

Staff members were friendly and professional, showing attention to detail. They accommodated food intolerances and provided alternatives. Lucy, the restaurant Supervisor, was cheerful and expertly ensured a smooth running for all the evening.
